• FREE ship on orders of 50$CAD or more!
• 11.99$CAD Fixed fee with tracking number in order to be able to follow your package.  You can add as much items as you want in a single package.
• Shipping to Canada and USA only 
• No shipping using lettermail as this option does not offer a tracking number
• Shipping time can vary due to your adress location; downtown, suburban areas or remote areas and custom border services. These shipping delays are totally beyond my control and all responsability relay on the carrier. However, every orders that are shipped with a tracking number enable you to track all updates of parcel transport.

• Contact me within 48h after date of receiving your package in order to be elligible for returning a still unworn and new item.
• Buyer must pay return shipping. (It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking number in order to be able to track package on it's way)
• Refund will be given within 24 hours upon receipt of package.

In case of an excessive abuse of return policy, I reserve the right to cancel any future orders placed on Swarose online boutique.
